Payment

Orders from customers resident in Switzerland are fulfilled at the customer’s preference against open invoice or advance payment with credit card or via PayPal.

 

Orders from customers resident in all other countries are fulfilled against advance payment with credit card or via PayPal only, regardless of the country of destination for the goods ordered.

 

E-books can be bought against advance payment with credit card or via PayPal only.

 

Shipping costs

Orders for 2 and more assorted books or multiple copies of the same title are shipped free of shipping costs.

 

Shipping costs charged for a single book are

 

domestic (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany): CHF 10.00 / EUR 8.50

Europe (EU countries): CHF 20.00 / EUR 20.00

Europe (non-EU countries): CHF 30.00 / EUR 30.00

all other countries: CHF 50.00 / EUR 50.00

 

For cross-border deliveries additional costs for customs clearance in the country of destination may become due for the recipient of goods (see also our Terms and Conditions).

 

Shipping is done by Priority Post or parcel service.

 

Delivery

Orders are usually shipped from our distributors’ warehouses:

Usual delivery time is 2–5 working days for domestic deliveries, 5–10 working days within Europe, and 10–15 working days to all other countries. No liability can be accepted for late deliveries (see also our Terms and Conditions).

 

For e-books, a link to dowload the file is sent via e-mail.

 

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any time, and goods delivered can be returned within 10 days of receipt at the customer’s cost and risk. Reimbursement for goods returned is made only to a Swiss bank account, or by credit to the credit card or PayPal account used for the respective payment.
